Here at Ollamh Media, you will find all content created by me, Gavin John. I am a disillusioned University Instructor who is passionate about the essence of education. However, the modern education system is clearly bereft of substance. Therefore I have began writing and creating content online in the hope that I can help others understand what I have learned and implement these findings in their life to achieve excellence.

Subscribe to my newsletter ‘The Muslim European’, for content to help you better understand what is to be a Muslim in Europe. I will engage with past and contemporary issues to explore the narrative that has been nefariously pushed by all those who are at war with tradition.

As an Indigenous European Muslim, whose paternal ancestry is Gaelic Irish with connections dating back to King Niall of the Nine Hostages and whose maternal ancestry is English and Italian, I am incredibly proud of my heritage. However, there are some misinformed voices who are propelled to lofty stations who insist there is a dichotomy between being Muslim and European. I will show through my content that Islam is a positive force in Europe, not because of immigration and multiculturalism but because we Europeans are people of high culture and tradition and Islam is the obvious solution to nihilism and successor to Christianity in our story.
